  • Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Frinton Road Craft House, occur upon dispatch of the products. An email with tracking information will be sent upon dispatch.

SECTION 2 - Pricing & Payment:

  • All prices on the Website are in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Frinton Road Craft House reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price of products in your order will be honoured once the order has been accepted.

  • Payment can be made using the payment methods available on the Website. Payments are handled securely, and we do not store your payment details.

SECTION 3 - Shipping & Delivery:

  • Frinton Road Craft House aims to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on location and circumstances. Delivery options and estimated times are provided during checkout.

  • Frinton Road Craft House is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control - including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, or postal service disruptions.

SECTION 4 - Cancellation Period:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order and return the items under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, up to 14 days from the day after you receive your goods.

You must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing via email to enquiries@frintonroadcrafthouse.co.uk within this 14-day window.

SECTION 5 - Returns:

In addition to your statutory rights, Frinton Road Craft House accepts returns within 28 days of receipt, subject to the terms outlined here:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Under UK law, certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Sealed goods for health/hygiene reasons that have been unsealed.

SECTION 6 - Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at enquiries@frintonroadcrafthouse.co.uk within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

SECTION 7 - Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method and will include the standard cost of delivery if you paid for shipping on your original order.
